Cancellations & Refunds: At Steam Majesty, we pride ourselves on having the best return policies in the industry. Cancel your order any time before it ships completely free of charge (exceptions apply such as custom orders, see below).

Orders may be canceled free of charge before shipment. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped, we will issue a full refund.

Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled or refunded once production begins. These products are manufactured specifically for your order and often built to custom specifications.
If you’re unsure whether your order qualifies as custom, please contact us before placing your order.
All sales are final for custom and made-to-order products.
Exchanges are permitted. Customers are responsible for all return and re-shipping costs.
Not all shipped orders are eligible for return. Because we order directly from the manufacturer, return eligibility depends on that manufacturer’s policy. Contact us to check the return terms for your brand or product.
Non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus return shipping. If you're exchanging for another item, we may assist with some of the associated costs depending on the item.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. However, certain brands may have stricter timelines. Always refer to the product page for specific brand policies, which override this general return policy.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to be returned after your return has been initiated, as processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We do our best to ship your order promptly. Estimated delivery timelines are posted on product pages and are based on supplier information.
Delays due to freight logistics, supply chain disruptions, or manufacturing issues are outside of Steam Majesty’s control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Inspect your shipment upon delivery. If any visible damage is found, take photos and report it within 24 hours.
To report damage, send images and a description to support@steammajesty.com. This is required for submitting a freight insurance claim. Claims submitted after 24 hours may be denied.
Warranties vary by manufacturer. Please refer to individual product pages for warranty coverage.
Damage that occurs after delivery is usually covered under warranty. Damage from shipping must be reported within 30 days to qualify for support.
By placing an order with Steam Majesty, you agree to the following:
You will inspect your delivery and report any damage within 24 hours.
You are responsible for return shipping and any applicable re-shipping fees.
Returned items must be unopened and unused. Additional restocking fees may apply.
Orders cannot be refunded in full after they ship.
Shipping timelines are estimates and may change due to external factors.
You will not file a chargeback solely due to an order delay outside of our control.
If your order included a Buy One Get One promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund.
If only one item is returned, a replacement or store credit will be provided for that item’s standalone value. Return shipping and restocking fees may still apply.
