Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that your order has been received and your payment method has been pre-authorized.
We then contact our suppliers to confirm the item is in stock and ready to ship. If the item is on backorder or unavailable, the pre-authorization will be voided and we’ll notify you by email.

If your item is in stock and ready to ship within five business days, we will process the payment and submit the order for fulfillment.

Order Shipment

In-stock items typically ship within five business days from the order date. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
If you have not received tracking details within six business days, please contact us at support@steammajesty.com or call (702) 744-4450.

Shipping Availability

At this time, we ship only within the United States. Select products may be available to Canada. If our website allows you to complete checkout with a Canadian shipping address, your order will be fulfilled.

Address Changes

If your order has already been processed or shipped and you need to change your shipping address, we will do our best to accommodate.
Please note: any additional charges incurred due to rerouting, address correction, or freight adjustments will be the responsibility of the customer.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times provided on product pages are estimates and not guarantees. While we work with our vendors to process orders promptly, unexpected delays may occur due to supply chain, carrier, or warehouse issues.

If you choose to cancel your order due to shipping delays, you will be responsible for all related costs, including shipping, return fees, restocking fees, and storage charges (if applicable).

Chargebacks filed due to delayed shipments without first contacting us will be considered fraudulent and may be subject to legal action.

Shipping Options

Steam Majesty offers multiple delivery options to meet your needs:

• Curbside Delivery (Free)
  Your order is delivered to your curb or driveway. Typical delivery time is 5–15 business days.

• Threshold Delivery
  Your order is delivered to your front porch, garage, or sheltered area.

• White Glove Delivery
  Includes delivery to your room of choice, basic setup or assembly, and removal of packaging materials.

Please note: Not all shipping options are available for every product or region.
